Niagara Falls Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee serves to provide a voice for the youth of Niagara Falls at City Council. MYAC also holds occasional student events.

Congrats to the graduating MYAC members on their presentation tonight to council. They were also excited to pay it forward recognizing an exemplary Niagara Falls grad with the Jim Mitchinson scholarship provided by his son Tom. The scholarship recognizes youth contribution across academics, community involvement and extra curricular. Congrats to the 2026 Recipient Meredith Marrie.

Tonight they hosted a community mural, provided vendor opportunities for local youth artisans, hosted a myac information table and some even performed or had visual arts on display.
