Qu’est-ce qu’on fait un samedi où il fait beau? Eh bien, on va prendre une marche!
Pour les amateurs de statistiques, de Maria à Carleton en passant par les montagnes, c’est environ 13,5 km (environ 16 500 pas).
Merci à la municipalité de Municipalité de Maria pour le campement. Un soir de presque pleine lune, et nous sommes heureux de rapporter n’avoir vu aucun loup-garou!

Félicitations à Mat Boudreau. Il a trouvé une utilité pour l’espace entre les planches de la table à pique-nique.

For statistics lovers, from Maria to Carleton through the mountains, it’s about 13.5 km (around 16,500 steps).
Thanks to the municipality of Maria for the campsite. On a nearly full-moon night, we’re happy to report that we didn’t see any werewolves!

Qu’est-ce que tu fais quand tu n’as pas pu faire de la voile un samedi matin? Eh bien, tu espères que les parents n’avaient rien de prévu le dimanche matin!

La météo a coopéré et nous avons été en mesure d’effectuer notre première sortie… tout en explorant une autre section de notre merveilleux plan d’eau.

Un grand merci à La Rassembleuse de Caplan de nous avoir permis d’utiliser leur descente à bateau. Lors d’une prochaine sortie, parents et ami(e)s auront un bel endroit pour prendre un café en attendant 😉

What do you do when you couldn’t go sailing on a Saturday morning? Well, you hope the parents didn’t have anything planned for Sunday morning!

The weather cooperated, and we were able to make our first outing… while exploring another section of our wonderful body of water.

A big thank you to La Rassembleuse de Caplan for allowing us to use their boat launch. On our next outing, parents and friends will have a nice spot to grab a coffee while they wait 😉

— Eh bien, tu fais quand même de la baleinière… au camp à Joe!
De toute façon, ça tombait bien : la ville et la Ligue avaient besoin d’un p’tit coup de main pour préparer le site pour la remise des arbres. Et nous, on avait besoin d’une petite mise à jour sur nos manœuvres.

Un gros merci aux parents et aux amis qui se sont déplacés pour notre r***e annuelle. Votre soutien est important !

Même si l’année d’entraînement « officielle » est terminée, nos activités, elles, ne le sont pas.

- Vendredi soir : visite d’un remorqueur à Paspébiac (départ de l’autobus à 18 h 30 de l’aréna de New Richmond)
- Samedi matin : possiblement de la voile
- Weekend prochain : sortie en forêt (nous nous rendons à Carleton, à pied, par les montagnes)

Les quilles, ce n’est pas aussi facile que ça en a l’air… et il paraît qu’une partie parfaite, c’est 300 points.

Eh bien, je suis fier d’annoncer que nous avons réussi à y arriver ce matin! 🎳🙌
- Bon… oui, on a dû se mettre en équipe pour atteindre ce chiffre magique… et pour certaines équipes, ça a peut-être pris plus qu’une partie 😉 Mais l’important, c’est le travail d’équipe, la persévérance… et bien entendu, avoir du plaisir!

Un gros merci au Salon de Quilles New Richmond de nous avoir ouvert un samedi matin pour nous accueillir. C’était vraiment le fun!
