Have you ever heard the word "YOKE" at church and wondered if Jesus just really loves eggs? 🥚🐣 Nope, not that kind of yolk!

A yoke (spelled Y-O-K-E) is actually a tool farmers use. It's a curved wooden beam that connects two big animals—like two oxen—so they can pull a heavy wagon or plow together as a team.

When Jesus says, "Take my yoke upon you," He isn't asking us to pull something heavy all by ourselves. He's inviting us to be His teammate! Imagine trying to carry a giant box of toys by yourself—it’s tough! But when a strong friend grabs the other side, it feels super light.

That’s what walking with Jesus is like. When life feels hard or tiring, Jesus promises to walk right beside us, sharing the load so we never have to carry big worries alone.

Did you know that Jesus loves when we ask Him big questions? He never gets tired of listening to us!

In Joshua 9, the Israelites forgot to ask God for help before making a big decision, and they got tricked! We don't have to make that mistake. When you’re not sure what to do, don't try to figure it all out on your own—just talk to Jesus!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." — Proverbs 3:5-6

What do a GPS and an apple have in common? 🍎🗺️ They both remind us that we don't know everything! Ever refused to use a GPS and gotten lost? (We’ve all been there!) Adam and Eve tried doing things their own way in Genesis 3, and it didn't end well either.

The world tells us to follow our hearts, but God calls us to trust His—with all our heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let’s stop pretending we have it all figured out and trust the Expert today! 🙏

Did you know there’s a Spanish word that doesn’t have a direct English translation? It’s called Sobremesa 🍷💬

It’s that magical time after a meal where nobody leaves the table. You just hang out with family and friends—talking, laughing, and soaking in the moment.

Here’s the cool part: Jesus calls us into Sobremesa too.

In Luke 14:15-24, Jesus invites us to His banquet table so we can "taste and see that the Lord is good" (Psalm 34:8). But Jesus is a total gentleman—He stands at the door and knocks, but we have to open it (Revelation 3:20).

When we accept the invitation, we’re met with true peace, joy, and unconditional friendship.
