The sweetest congratulations to our Sprout on her adoption! 🥹

This is such a big milestone for a bunny who nearly didn’t make it due to the mistreatment she endured. Seeing her now, knowing she has a safe and loving future ahead, means more than I can put into words.

Sprout is a trusting, forgiving and easygoing soul. She has captured her adoptive mom’s heart and is the centre of her world. 💗

Thank you to everyone who played a role in Sprout’s rescue, donated and supported her along the way, and ultimately helped her receive a happily ever after.

Happy life, sweet Sprout. You deserve every bit of this. 👏🏻

Feline Rescues- Help Please 🐈

4 kittens found last night from an abandoned building beside their deceased mom and sibling. Approx. 4 weeks old.
AND
6 month old (2) cats needing placement.

🖤The 2 older kittens will have spay/neuter, vaccines booked for Sept.8th. They just need a rescue willing to take them after and find approved homes.

Congratulations to Carter & Tate (Monica's little ones) who were scooped before we even had the chance to post them. Strudel also found his match! He is joining a male guineapig named Cheese with a similar personality! Congratulations!! 🥳👏🏻

🍂 Fall is here… and so is the seasonal increase in bunny surrender requests. 🍂

Sadly the cooler weather often brings an abundance of relinquish requests. As temperatures drop, owners realize they can no longer house their bunnies outdoors through the winter, while others find the additional care, cleaning and feeding during the colder months more challenging.

This weekend alone, we received 4 requests to take in bunnies.

I am genuinely thankful that these owners are reaching out because they want to make sure their bunnies end up somewhere safe and in good hands. ❤️ We would much rather have people ask for help than see a bunny abandoned or placed somewhere unsafe.

The difficult part is that we simply cannot keep up. Our space, foster homes and resources are limited, and every available spot is carefully accounted for.

Please keep in mind that during this time of year, our intake wait times will be significantly longer. The rescue takes a temporary break in the winter. We will respond to every request as soon as we can, but we ask for patience and understanding while we work through the growing list.
