CCT is excited to attend Crafts and Controllers on June 5th at the Medicine Hat Public Library! The CCT team will be setting up a craft table to make sensory jewelry with youth between the ages of 13 and 19. No registration required. Sensory jewelry provides a healthy way to cope with stress, worry, and to help with focus.

πŸ’› Sensory jewelry can help with emotional regulation by giving hands something repetitive and soothing to do during moments of anxiety or overwhelm.

🌿 Using sensory tools promotes mindfulness and grounding, assisting in staying present and connected to the moment.

✨ Sensory jewelry reminds us that everyone manages emotions differently, and it’s okay to use tools that help us feel calm, safe, and focused.

Hope to see you there! πŸ™Œ
