Ladysmith Yacht Club Welcome to the Ladysmith Yacht Club. Our home is at Ladysmith Marina in Ladysmith Harbour on Vancouver Island, BC. LADYSMITH YACHT CLUB was formed in 1985.

Our Club activities include recreational cruises and rendezvous, social activities, learning evenings, and the annual Ladysmith Sailpast Our Club activities include recreational cruises to interesting venues in the Gulf Islands, as well as an enjoyable social program. We have great membership meetings, usually with guest speakers, videos or other activities of interest. Social events include our p

opular, monthly BBQ/pot-luck evenings, along with special events for Robbie Burns, Saint Patrick's day, etc. Our major social function each year is the annual Commodore's Ball which, along with the usual fun and good humour, is also the occasion for the presentation of the annual trophies.

Change of Princess Louisa Dock closure dates

The Princess Louisa International Society has just been notified by B.C. Parks that Blue Water Systems will not will not be onsite and starting on the Pier, Ramp and Dock repairs/replacement until June 4-5th, with completion hoped for by June 10th. Access to the park via the dock may be limited or unavailable during this time.

Pleasure Craft Safety Checks �(PCSC).
This is your opportunity to have a PCSC inspector point out what the safety requirements are for your boat, based on size and type.
During an inspection, we will verify your personal safety equipment, running lights, fire safety equipment and make any other recommendations to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the water.
Let us point it out to you before Transport Canada gives you a fine.
