GreenTree Programs GreenTree Community Inclusion Programs is a full service organization providing innovative solutions and care for individuals with diverse abilities.

GreenTree Programs believes in providing barrier free services to assist people with higher needs to achieve a fulfilling life through community, empowerment and companionship. Our mandate is to find creative solutions to facilitate inclusion for all of our clients, regardless of ability. We are a small community organization that specializes in the transition of young adults from school aged services to adult living programs. With twelve years of experience in community inclusion, we have the ability and expertise to provide quality care and structure to any individual with diverse abilities. We also have a special focus on persons with higher needs who may require more attention and care and who may otherwise be ineligible for similar programs.

Being new to a role in care shouldn’t mean being left on your own before you’re ready.

At GreenTree Programs, every support worker trains alongside a senior staff member, one-on-one with each person served, before ever working a shift alone. If you’re not ready yet, you simply get more training. No pressure, no rushing, even when we’re short-staffed.

Because quality care starts with a team that feels confident and supported.

Peyton came to GreenTree to build her skills for nursing school. She stayed because of what she found here.

Working alongside people with diverse abilities, she saw a different kind of care. One where people are heard, their needs are met, and their support team can push back and advocate for them. In large healthcare settings, that isn't always possible. Here, it's part of the job.
