This yearโ€™s Rally for Rhubarb brought in an incredible 253.5 pounds of donated rhubarb... our most successful collection yet!

That rhubarb will now be processed, frozen, and used by our ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐Š๐ข๐ญ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ง to help prepare nourishing fruit servings and desserts for people across Haliburton County.

๐“๐ก๐š๐ง๐ค ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ to everyone who donated, shared, encouraged, and helped make this happen. A few stalks from a backyard garden may seem simple, but together, they become something powerful.
