Congratulations to Sofia Munoz and Rachael Lahti on their successful completion of the Young Leaders on Board program created by United Way Centraide North East Ontario/ Nord-est de l'Ontario

Over the course of the program, they had the opportunity to work alongside SMFAA board members gaining valuable insights into board governance and leadership.

In attendance board members Judi Cartman and Karen Chen were present alongside our Executive Director Lora Clausen, to celebrate the young leaders on their successful completion.

SMFAA is proud of their dedication, growth, and commitment to making a positive impact on our community. We look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the future!
