About SWIC
Sudbury Women in Construction (SWIC) is dedicated to empowering, supporting, and uplifting women across all trades and roles within the construction industry. We foster a culture of respect, safety, and solidarity—where women stand beside one another, advocate for one another, and ensure every job site is a place of professionalism and protection.
We believe in protecting each other through shared knowledge, vigilance, and advocacy, creating worksites where safety, inclusion, and dignity are non-negotiable. Together, we build not only structures, but a network of trust, resilience, and leadership. Together, we inspire the next generation to break barriers, build boldly, and reshape the industry in Sudbury.
We don't just build structures—we build each other.
We look forward to celebrating this exciting new chapter with members of the construction community and building meaningful connections that will help strengthen our industry for years to come.
"Building Strong Women. Building a Stronger Industry."
