Under new management! 😁 The exercise group is still running out of Lady Grey Elementary School gym on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm through the season of approximately September to April/May. This page is no longer actively being used. Just turn up on one of the nights and get your e-mail on the list, as well as doing an awesome circuit. On rare occasions the School has a special function or is closed for holidays. On these occasions, the exercise group will be canceled. Attendance is buy donation.

The school is closed until Monday 8th January.
Group Exercise will START Tuesday 9th January @ 6pm Lady Grey School gym.

Please bring indoor-only shoes, and if you plan on sweating, you should probably bring a towel... unless you want to share sweat with everyone else who uses the mats.

THE END HAS COME. It's spring. It's light later in the evenings. The weather is finer. The trails are (largely) free of snow... at least low down...... It's time to pull the plug on the circuit training for this season. Thanks for keeping it going, for all your hard work, I hope it's been thoroughly worth it for you. Okay! It's official. We start the exercise group circuit training this Thursday, OCTOBER 6th at the Lady Grey Elementary School gym. Set-up is 6PM. Come in via the School main entrance. The gym is to the right of the reception area. There is no charge for the sessions. If you wish to donate a loonie or twoonie into the jar, that would help toward the hiring of the gym and insurance. This always has been a no-charge program, and I would like to keep it that way.

We will be restarting the exercise group SOON! It will be Tue & Thurs. Set-up at 6pm. There are just a few more details ...
