🔥🥎 OH, YOU THOUGHT RAGE GIRLS ONLY RAN THE COURT?! 😏💙

HELL NO. WE RUN DIAMONDS TOO. 💅🔥

Big RAGE SHOUTOUT to our girls Ainsley & Emily as they suit up with their Dodgers and head into PROVINCIALS THIS WEEKEND! 🥎🏆

Different uniform. Different game.
SAME ATTITUDE. SAME GRIT. SAME RAGE.

If you’ve got nothing going on, get yourself to the ball field, catch a few games and GET LOUD FOR OUR GIRLS!

Ainsley & Emily — swing big, steal bases, make plays and cause a little chaos!
Provincials aren’t ready for you two!

💙🔥 RAGE DOESN’T HAVE AN OFF-SEASON — WE JUST CHANGE UNIFORMS. 🔥💙

🔥💙 RAGE FAMILY, IT’S TIME TO RALLY! 💙🔥

Today we’re cheering on two of our extended RAGE family members as they take the field on one of the biggest stages of the summer!

Best of luck to Liam Gracie and Daniel MacLellan, the brothers of our very own Nadara Gracie and Jorja MacLellan , as they proudly represent Glace Bay at the 2026 Canadian Little League Championship!

Wear that Glace Bay jersey with pride, play with heart, and show everyone what Cape Breton ball is all about. Leave it all on the field and make your families, teammates, and community proud. No matter the scoreboard, you’ve already earned the chance to represent your town at the highest level.

💙 The entire RAGE family is behind you every pitch, every swing, and every inning. Go out there, compete hard, trust your teammates, and enjoy every second of it!

🎓💙 RAGE Graduation Post 💙🎓

Some chapters end... but the legacy these three leave behind won't.

Today we celebrate three incredible young women who have worn the RAGE name with pride.

💙 Lakin. 💙 Emily. 💙 Kenya.

Each of you brought something completely different to this team, but together you helped build the culture that RAGE stands for: heart, hustle, toughness, and never backing down.

Lakin, your determination and willingness to stand up for what you believe in made you a leader on and off the court.

Emily, your confidence, your shot, and that little smirk that always let us know you were up to something kept us smiling while making big plays.

Kenya, you proved every single game that heart isn't measured in inches. Your grit, fight, and fearless attitude inspired everyone around you.

Watching you grow into the young women you are today has been one of the greatest rewards of coaching. This graduation isn't the finish line, it's just the beginning of everything you're capable of.

Wherever life takes you next, remember the lessons learned in the gym:
🏀 Work harder than everyone expects.
🏀 Trust your teammates.
🏀 Be fearless.
🏀 Keep showing up.

Once a RAGER... always a RAGER.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We couldn't be prouder of you.

Here's to new adventures, bigger dreams, and proving the world exactly what Rising Above Girls Expectations looks like.

Congratulations, graduates!
💙 Lakin • Emily • Kenya 💙

🏀🔥 Happy Father’s Day to the Dads Behind the Rage 🔥🏀

Today we celebrate the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, father figures, and biggest fans who spend their weekends in bleachers, their evenings in gyms, and their paychecks on gas, snacks, tournaments, and “just one more pair of basketball shoes.”

Thank you for every early morning drive, every rebound after practice, every pep talk after a tough loss, and every loud cheer from the sidelines.

You may not be on the scoresheet, but you’re a huge part of every basket, every hustle play, and every bit of confidence these girls carry onto the court.

To the dads who coach, the dads who volunteer, the dads who never miss a game, and even the dads who still don’t fully understand the rules but cheer anyway—we appreciate you.

Today is for the men helping raise strong, confident, fearless young women.

From all of us at Glace Bay RAGE – Rising Above Girls Expectations, Happy Father’s Day. ❤️🏀

Another tough one in the books for the Rage girls tonight… but if you think a short bench was gonna stop them from battling, you don’t know this team yet. 🔥

Rolling with only 7 players against a full bench is no joke, but these girls kept grinding, kept hustling, and kept working on the things we’ve been preaching in practice. Tired legs? Sure. Quit? Never.

Rebounding tonight was straight-up RAGE vibes. Girls were flying under the net like every board owed them money. 👀🏀

🔥 Rager of the Game: Anna Pilling
Absolute beast under the basket tonight. Hustled for everything and refused to back down for a second.

⚡ Igniter of the Game: Nadara Gracie
Tough defence, nonstop pressure, gritty effort, and brought the kind of energy every team needs when things get hard.

We might’ve been short on numbers tonight… but never short on heart.
The scoreboard doesn’t show the fight this team has in them — but trust us, it’s coming. 💙🔥

📍 Riverview High School
🕕 Tip Off: 6PM
📅 Wednesday, May 27th

Fast breaks. Loud benches. Zero quit.
The blue flame is rolling into Riverview ready to make noise. 💙🔥

Come pack the gym, bring the energy, and let’s give these girls the atmosphere they deserve.

Tough one for the Rage today, but nothing but respect to the Mountain Lions on a hard-fought win. 👏🏀

Our girls left it all on the floor, battled every minute, and never stopped competing. Sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t tell the full story, and today showed a whole lot of heart, hustle, and teamwork from this group.
Proud of the effort, proud of the fight, and proud of the way these girls continue to grow every single game. Heads up, Ragers — we learn, we adjust, and we come back louder. 🔥💙

Big shoutout to our:
Rager of the Game, ✨ Gracie MacVicar ✨ for bringing the hustle and leaving it all out there.

Igniter of the Game, 🔥 Tessa Hannan 🔥 for bringing the spark, grit, and energy every team needs.

🔥IT’S GAME DAY FOR RAGE🔥

The girls are ready to hit the floor and bring the energy this Sunday as we travel to take on the Margaree Mountain Lions 🏀🔥

📍 Cape Breton Highlands Academy
🕒 3:00 PM
📅 Sunday, May 17th

This team has been putting in the work, building chemistry, and playing with heart every single game. Now it’s time to lock in and leave it all on the court. 💙💖

See you Sunday. Let’s make some noise. ⚡️

🔥 RAGE UNIFORMS ARE OFFICIALLY HERE 🔥

And honestly… pictures don’t even do them justice 😮‍🔥🏀

The colors? LOUD.
The details? CLEAN.
The attitude? Straight RAGE vibes. 💙🔥

These aren’t just uniforms…
they’re warning labels. 👀

Our girls are about to walk into gyms looking like the hottest flame in the building and we are OBSESSED.

Huge shoutout to Bill Deluney and SYcK Apparel for absolutely crushing this vision.
You took every spicy little idea we had and turned it into something unreal.

The blue is hot.
The backs say “Rising Above Girls Expectations.”
And the energy?
Different. 😤🔥

Safe to say…
RAGE didn’t come to blend in. 🏀👀
