Town House CSL

Town House CSL Programs that improve the quality of life in Glace Bay and surrounding areas.

Established in 1967, Glace Bay Citizens Service League is a volunteer based non-profit, charitable organization which offers programs that improve the quality of life of the community of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada, and surrounding areas, in response to needs identified by residents. The League is administered by a volunteer Board of Directors, with active Board committees that meet regularly.

The staff and volunteers facilitate a variety of programs and services for the community, all of which are designed to make Glace Bay a better place to live. With a core staff of five full-time, part-time and seasonal employees, Citizens Service League also hosts people on work placements, internships and staff working on specific grants. The 150 volunteers who work with the programs of the League are an essential component of many of the programs and services offered. Citizens Service League operates programs in two locations: Town House in downtown Glace Bay and Passchendaele House on Dominion Street in Glace Bay.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Protocase πŸ’™

Although our Back to Prom Fundraiser was unfortunately cancelled, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Protocase for their generous sponsorship and support of the event.

Founded in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Protocase has grown into a globally recognized leader in custom manufacturing. Specializing in custom sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and 3D printing, they help innovators around the world turn ideas into reality with speed, quality, and expertise.

Today, Protocase employs nearly 500 people and continues to make a positive impact both globally and here at home through its commitment to community giving and support for local non-profit organizations.

We are incredibly grateful for Protocase's willingness to support Town House and the work we do in our community. Their investment in local organizations helps strengthen programs, services, and opportunities for seniors and families throughout Cape Breton.

Please join us in thanking Protocase for their generosity and community leadership!
