- Meet Moon. 🌙🦄

Moonicorn. Mooney. Moon Unit. She goes by many names — but whatever you call her, this quick-walking, excited little 9-year-old is impossible to miss. You’ll find her happily running up and down the pasture hill, playing, and being her whole entire self every single day. 🐴✨

Moon didn’t always experience kindness and care. But she arrived, she stayed, and she grew — and now she’s one of the first ones at the gate to greet you. Healthy. Happy. Ready.

Her journey is a quiet reminder that trust takes time, that perseverance is powerful, and that with the right support, transformation is always possible. 🤍

Moon has learned a lot in her time here. And she’s taught us just as much.

That’s the thing about our teachers — they don’t need words. 🌿

There’s something powerful about stepping beyond the arena and onto the open trail — where the air feels a little freer, the connection a little deeper, and the rhythm of hoofbeats invites you to simply be. 🐴🌿

Where Wild Hearts Ride ~ Trail Riding 101 is a beginner-friendly, heart-led introduction to trail riding for those who feel the pull toward horses, nature, and something more.

Over four 2-hour sessions, you’ll build confidence and connection as you learn the foundations of safe saddling, understanding your horse, foundational trail riding skills, and navigating varied terrain — all in a supportive, welcoming space.

This is more than learning to ride. It’s about learning to listen. To your horse, to the land, and to yourself. 🤍

$240 for all 4 sessions (8 hours of horse time) Subsidized by our Ponies & Planks Skijoring Fundraiser to help keep this experience accessible. All ages and abilities welcome.
