🎉 Crazy Hair Day at Good Samaritan Stony Plain Care Centre & Cottages! 🎉

Big hair, bright smiles, and plenty of laughs! Residents and staff came together to celebrate Crazy Hair Day, showing off creative styles and enjoying a fun-filled day of connection and community.

As part of our commitment to creating meaningful living experiences for residents, staff, families, and volunteers came together to show off some imaginative hairstyles and share a few smiles along the way. Residents were invited to participate throughout the day, while staff embraced the fun by bringing their most creative hair ideas to life.

The celebration also included treats for participants and special recognition for team members who went above and beyond to bring the spirit of the day into resident care.

Events like Crazy Hair Day are simple but meaningful ways to foster connection, build community, and create joyful moments that brighten everyone's day.

June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to learn about, celebrate, and recognize the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.

At Good Samaritan, we believe that belonging begins with listening, learning, and building relationships rooted in respect and understanding. Throughout this month, we encourage our communities to explore Indigenous stories, perspectives, and teachings, and to reflect on how we can continue building understanding and meaningful relationships with one another.
