We are not taking anymore names as we have more than expected for applications. We are working to have another Wasakam program in the new year!

Is is possible to combine both worlds as a benefit to our mental. physical, spiritual. and emotional health?

~There is no charge for this workshop and we will have snacks available.

~On the seventh meeting we will be making your choice of a ribbon: skirt, pants, shorts, shirt, or hoodie.
