We're hosting a Keephills Workbee on Saturday, October 24 from 10AM - 4PM, and we'd love for you to join us.

We need helping hands to clean up and care for our grounds. Bring your gloves, rakes, tools, and pruners if you have them; no experience needed. Many hands make light work! Stay for the whole event, or pitch in the time that you have. If you know an organization or people that need volunteer hours, we can write letters of attendance or promote you on social media for your participation.

Lunch Volunteer Needed!
If outdoor work isn't your thing, we also need someone to organize and serve lunch. This can be as simple as a dish prepared at the hall or pizza ordered in... whatever works best for you. If you're interested in taking this on, please let us know!

What to bring:
- Work gloves
- Equipment, Rakes, tools, and pruners if you have them (labelled)
- Water bottle and comfortable clothing

WOW! That is heavy!

Thank you for participating at Keephills Fall Festival 2026. We hope we will see the contest "grow" a little for next year and more people come out and participate!

A public open house will be held to present an overall development concept for a large-scale AI and digital infrastructure project (Data Processing Facility) at TransAlta’s Keephills site. The open house for the proposed project, the Boreal Technology Hub, will be hosted by BGRE on behalf of Brookfield and CPP Investments.
