Common Thread is more than a thrift store — we’re a community-powered social enterprise supporting My Friend’s House, our local women’s shelter. Every sale helps fund safety, support and hope for women and children in need.

We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who is warm, adaptable and quick to learn — someone who loves working with people and provides excellent customer service.

You’ll help us:

🧡 Create a welcoming shopping experience
🛍️ Support our front-of-house volunteers
💵 Assist with opening, closing and cash handling
✨ Style displays and refresh merchandising
👗 Keep great product flowing to the sales floor
📱 Support social media, events and community programs
♻️ Share our passion for thrifting and sustainable fashion

We’re especially looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
