We took this recipe and made smash burgers on tortillas. It cooked a lot more quickly, getting it on the table it a lot less time. https://laughingspatula.com/greek-chicken-burgers/
Take a scoop of the meat mixture and spread over the tortilla almost to the edges. Then fry meat side down for a few minutes, in a pan or on a griddle on medium heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked, then flip over to warm up/toast the other side for about a minute. Add condiments and fold in half. Enjoy!!

These Healthy and Easy to make Greek Chicken Burgers are stuffed with all the Greek Flavors we love! Grill indoor or out, serve with bun or bunless!
