Building Healthy Babies in Chatham-Kent This group is for pregnant individuals. We promote and support optimal health for mom and baby Contact us to get the link to our online sessions.

Chatham Kent moms-to-be can join us online for sessions on Thursdays from 1:30-2:30pm OR evening sessions are available. If you can't make group during the day join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 6:30-7:30pm. Low German Speaking Drop-In
Group is Tuesdays from 9:30am-11:30am. Please contact us for location
