Mayumi had a wonderful time this weekend at Lester’s Farm PumpkinFest!

From visiting the farm animals and exploring the pumpkins and corn maze to meeting so many wonderful people, there was no shortage of fun! Mayumi also had the exciting opportunity to help judge the kids’ pie-eating contest with Miss Teen Trinity-Conception, Donna, which was definitely a highlight of the day!

Our titleholders always love visiting Lester’s Farm. We are so grateful for the warm welcome they receive every time and the opportunity to be part of such a fun-filled community event!

Thank you to everyone at Lester’s Farm for having Mayumi join in the PumpkinFest fun!

🚒🔥 Fire Prevention Week with the Carbonear Fire Department! 🔥🚒

Tonight, our new Junior Miss Newfoundland & Labrador, Mayumi had an amazing evening at the Carbonear Fire Department Open House in celebration of Fire Prevention Week!

Mayumi joined Donna, Miss Teen TC where they had the chance to ride in the fire truck, meet some of our incredible volunteer firefighters, learn about the equipment they use, and even get some hands-on instruction in putting on full bunker gear.

And of course, no evening would be complete without a little friendly competition! 😉The girls went head-to-head with a real firefighter in a race to get their bunker gear on—and they definitely held their own!

A huge THANK YOU to the Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department for once again inviting our titleholders and, as always, making them feel so welcome and included. We are so grateful for the opportunity to introduce our girls to some of the incredible volunteers who work so hard to keep our communities safe.

Thank you for an evening filled with fun, learning and a whole lot of appreciation for our local firefighters! ❤️🚒

Happy Fire Prevention Week!

Today, our newly crowned titleholders, Mayumi, Junior Miss Newfoundland & Labrador, and Donna, Miss Teen Trinity-Conception, attended their very first official appearances at the HealthFoundation Telethon!

This special event is one that our titleholders look forward to each year, and it was wonderful to see Mayumi and Donna jump right in. Throughout the telethon, the girls had the opportunity to take part in interviews, read pledges live on television, assist with social media, and volunteer behind the scenes.

The TCP Health Foundation Telethon has been supporting healthcare in our region for 50 years, raising funds that help purchase vital hospital and medical equipment and enhance healthcare services for patients and families in our communities. The generosity shown through this incredible event truly makes a difference in the lives of so many each and every year.

Mayumi and Donna had an amazing time and are so excited to begin their year of appearances, volunteering, and giving back to their communities. We know this is only the beginning of a wonderful year ahead for both of these outstanding young ladies!

Congratulations to the TCP Health Foundation on 50 incredible years of making a difference, and thank you for once again including our titleholders as part of this meaningful community event. We are honoured to be involved and look forward to many more years of partnership.
