AD| With the help of I turned their planter into a water fountain in less than an hour. It was the perfect addition to this corner in our garden, which hopefully will be the perfect escape for 5 minutes of peace this bank holiday ☀️☀️

So why use Rosemary for your campfire? 🔥 It’s simple. The smoke from the rosemary will help to keep the bugs away plus a little free aromatherapy. I do not recommend doing this is bear country, as it is VERY IMPORTANT to keep a campsite clean and scent free, but when you’re chilling in a prairie campsite, it works wonders! One of my favourite hacks I’ve found to date!

If you’re planting tomatoes this season, make sure to crack an egg underneath—yep, crack it!

It might sound weird, but that broken egg is garden gold.

As it breaks down, it feeds your soil with calcium, helps prevent blossom end rot, strengthens stems, and boosts overall plant health.

Unless you’re feeding raccoons, bury it deep!

Your tomatoes will love it, and your harvest will show it!

Made this soup the other day in my crock pot. Really simple.
Brown sausage and onions and put them in the crock pot with a box of broth, a small can of tomato paste and a can of diced tomatoes (I used Rotel with green chiles for extra flavor). Season with salt, pepper, and thyme and leave to cook for the day (low for 8 hours, high for 4). Add a bag of tortellini and a bag of fresh spinach and some heavy whipping cream. Let cook down for about an hour and serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. So good!
