“Update from original post”
Thank you to all that have reached out with various ways to help, your support is amazing and we are beyond grateful! We will be able to share more information tomorrow on which way we will go moving forward (donations, second hand etc). We are overwhelmed with how fast the community came to support us ♥️

“Original post”
We at the Brandon Humane Society were mortified and heartbroken to discover, when going out to our shed, that some horrible person had stolen our "Wike" (a stroller for dogs).

This Wike was donated to us about 4 years ago, and we used it for our senior and disabled dogs who could no longer go out for walks.

It brought so much independance and joy to the dogs who needed it, especially our beloved "Mitch".

We’re very excited to share that we are partnering with Chelsea at Luna Muna to host our 3rd Cat Café! It’s an activity that’s absolutely purr-fect for fall! 🍂☕️🍩🫖🍪🐈🐈‍⬛

Like our friends at The Brandon Pound and many other rescues, we’re over cat-pacity; many of our kennels have 2, sometimes 3 cats in one. We’d love to see more of our cats find their fur-ever homes this fall, and what better way to connect you to our cats than through a relaxed and cozy pop-up cafe?! It’s going to be a cat-tastic time.😻

To secure your spot, book early because spots are limited!❗️

🗓️ Saturday, October 17th
🏠Luna Muna Yoga Studio (30 Fieldstone Crescent)
⏰Times: 10-11 am, 11-12 am, 12-1 pm, and 1-2 pm

Meet Ava & Addie ✨✨🧡🧡

Born on July 10th, these two orange girls are exactly 92 days old today. That’s one whole season! And how have they spent it? By spreading joy to everyone they meet. 🥰

🐈Ava has a little bit of a Scottish Fold-type face which, is hard to capture properly in a picture, but trust us, is beyond adorable. She likes to keep an eye on things and is slightly more reserved than her sister, but she loves to play and have a good cuddle when tuckered out. 💤

🐈Addie is a social butterfly and does not want to be contained; she keeps us good and informed when she doesn’t want to be in their kennel! While she loves to play, she’s a little cuddle bug at heart so she’ll always start purring as soon as you pick her up. 😽

With it being Thanksgiving weekend, these little pumpkins have us feeling our gratitude in rhyme:

Thankful for zoomies that never quit,
and for snuggles, they’re the perfect fit.
Thankful for silly playful fights,
followed by big and sleepy nights.
Thankful for comfort in every purr,
we love these lil orange balls of fur. 🥹

Another reason why we’re feeling thankful is because the 3rd sister, Autumn, was adopted this week! We love seeing our cats find their people. 🏡😻❤️

Could your home use a little spice this season? 🎃🍂 Ava and Addie are ready to purr their way into your heart! Contact us to come meet them. 🧡🧡🐈🐈
