Creative expression can give men a powerful, non-verbal way to process emotions, stay grounded, and reconnect with themselves.

Men create. Men express. And sometimes, that creativity becomes a lifeline.

We’re here to empower men to explore who they are through whatever form of art speaks to them—using creative expression as a tool for connection, healing, and preventing crises before they begin.

We’re honoured to have Dialect Sosa performing at our upcoming fundraiser🎶

Join us for a night of live music, real connection, and community.

Vulnerability isn’t weakness. For men, having the courage to be vulnerable can be one of the strongest things we can do. 💙

Men’s mental health in Canada is a crisis we need to talk about louder.

That’s why Bros Before Lows is bringing our community together to take action.

In partnership with ADH-ME and CAMH, we’re proud to present THE CAMHARADERIE MOSAIC FUNDRAISER on Sunday, August 23 at Spot 1 Bar & Grill in Brampton.

We’re excited to feature Dillon Antony | Vulnerable Indie Artist, bringing his talent to an afternoon built around live music, connection, brotherhood, and men’s mental health. 🎶💙

🎟 Advance Tickets: $15
🎟 At the Door: $20
📍 Spot 1 Bar & Grill
289 Rutherford Rd S, Brampton, ON
🕓 Doors Open: 4:00 PM
✅ All Ages Welcome

Every ticket helps support the Bros Before Lows mission to reduce the number of men lost to su***de by building FORCE 184 — a national network of trained facilitators creating safe spaces where men can connect, speak openly, and support one another.

This is more than a concert.

It’s about creating spaces where men feel safe enough to say, “I’m not okay.”

It’s about reminding our brothers that asking for help takes courage.

And it’s about building a culture where vulnerability is met with understanding — not judgment.

Because no man should feel like he has to face life’s challenges alone.

Where brotherhood meets purpose. 💙

I'm a man. I'll be fine.
How many times have you said that and didn't mean it?
Brother, you don't have to carry it alone. Strength isn't staying silent. Strength is saying "I'm not okay" and reaching out.

If you're feeling low today, this is your sign to talk to someone. A mate, a brother, us. Our DMs are always open 💜

You are not a burden. You are needed here.

Sometimes having someone truly listen is all it takes to get back on track. That’s why we’re building an active plan to create a community that does exactly that.

Through FORCE 184, BROS BEFORE LOWS is building a network of 184 trained facilitators to create safe, grounded spaces where men can talk, connect, and feel heard long before reaching a crisis point.

Our mission is simple: make sure no man has to struggle alone. ❤️‍🩹

In partnership with CAMH and ADH-ME, we’re bringing the CAMARADERIE MOSAIC to Niagara Falls — taking mental health out of the therapy room and directly into the community.

And we’re bringing the music with us. 🎶

Join us for an evening of live music, real connection, and community featuring artist Ryan Lunn!

🚨 Men account for roughly 75% of all su***des in Canada, yet societal stigma leaves far too many suffering in silence.

We’re changing that.

In Canada, 12 men lose their lives to su***de every single day. That is 1 man every 2 hours, 84 every week, over 360 every month, and more than 4,300 every year.

We are losing our friends, brothers, uncles, and fathers at a devastating pace. It’s time to take a stand and make sure no brother is left behind.

That’s why Bros Before Lows exists: to give men across Canada the real community, safe spaces, and connection they so desperately need.

This one goes out to George. Though eight years have passed, his impact lives on in our hearts—and thanks to Mr. Do Not Answer Phone🌙, George’s legacy continues to echo through his music, keeping his story alive for all of us.

To turn remembrance into real action, Bros Before Lows is partnering with ADH-ME and CAMH to present THE CAMHARADERIE MOSAIC FUNDRAISER.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing a man can do is put his story into words.

Yoshua the Author - Josh Campbell understands the power of storytelling — of giving a voice to experiences, struggles, and emotions that can often remain unspoken. Because when we create space to share our stories, we create opportunities for others to realize they’re not alone.

That’s why Bros Before Lows is bringing our community together to take action.

Behind every uniform is a person.
Ontario is mourning after the loss of officers in Hamilton and Durham. This heartbreaking loss across our policing community is a powerful reminder that first responder mental health and police mental health need to be talked about openly.

Talking saves lives. Strength does not require silence and no one should have to carry it all alone.

That's where WHERE BROTHERHOOD MEETS PURPOSE comes in 💜 Bros Before Lows is building confidential, peer-led brotherhood for men where they live and work through their B.R.O.S. Facilitator Training - teaching The Art of Holding Space and how to support each other.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out:
In Canada, call or text 9-8-8 anytime.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 9-1-1.
Please save and share this to help break the stigma around men's mental health in Canada 🇨🇦
