Bolton Kin recently purchased a freezer for $600 that was needed at Shiloh House.

You ask what is Shiloh House? It is a renovated historic house located north of Bolton operating as an innovative home-sharing residence for adult women with an intellectual disability to live independently.

Shown in picture 1 is Kin President Joe and CAFFI (Caledon Area Families For Inclusion) rep Patricia Franks.

Another Kin donation because of the success of the Bolton Kin Toonie Sale.

Recently Bolton Kin donated $1,500.00 to help subsidize bus fares for seniors.

Bolton Kin History #14….yes the infamous CF Toll Bridge from the 1990s in this month of Bolton Kin history. While still popular in many towns, this project was a one shot deal. Raised a ton of money for CF but not many drivers were happy with the toll bridge. Never tried again by Bolton Kin or for that matter any other service organization in town.

One thing for sure, you can’t say we didn’t try..

Bolton Kin have been very busy this past month.

We are pleased to have been a participant at the Caledon Senior’s Fashion Show and High Tea event.

All proceeds from the items sold were donated back to the Caledon Senior’s Centre…..$600.00

Featured this week is a first time ever donation to the Bolton Ladies 3 Pitch League.
