Bolton Kin History #17….in 1992 Bolton Kin and all Kin Clubs from across the country celebrated Canada's 125th birthday in a unique fashion.

As shown in the photo, extra material was sewn around the Canadian flag where Canadians could sign and leave a message. Bolton Kin took their flag to many of the local schools to get the students to sign their name---well over 2,000 signatures.

Then the flags were taken to Ottawa and on July 1st, they were carried in the Canada Day Parade.

One act of kindness has the power to start something incredible. That's exactly what our 2026 ChangeMakers have done. They didn't just give back. They inspired others to join them.

Creative ChangeMakers: The Certosimo Family and Ninth Line Band proved that a little rock and roll can feed families and bring a community together.

Business ChangeMakers: Silcotech always goes the extra kilometre, from record-breaking staff fundraisers to showing up with the biggest Velocity cycling team.

Family ChangeMakers: The Saggu Family transformed love and Sewa into a beautiful tradition that continues to nourish local families.

ChangeMakers of the Year: Ron Lyons and Cheltenham Firefighters. From walking in the Coldest Night of the Year to taking the coldest plunge, thank you for showing us that even on the coldest nights, Caledon's hearts are warm!

Business ChangeMakers of the Year: Omori North America. From their famous chili cook offs at our Exchange Food Bank to braving the cold in the Coldest Night of the Year, thank you for always leading by example!
