Where: Glen Eagle Golf Club (15731 Peel Regional Rd. 50, Bolton)

Together, we're able to serve our most vulnerable neighbours and it's thanks to your support that we are able to continue to maintain services for children, youth, seniors, newcomers, families and local businesses. We hope to see you there!

*AGM Attendance and Voting Eligibility:
All are welcome to attend our AGM. Individuals wishing to vote must register in advance and meet the criteria to be a CCS member under our by-laws.
For the 2026 AGM, eligible members are individuals who, between April1, 2025 and March 31, 2026:
- Volunteered with CCS; or
- Made a financial donation to CCS

As part of the RSVP, you will be asked to indicate whether you’re attending as a voting member or guest (non-voting). We’ll confirm voting eligibility using CCS records ahead of the AGM.

No-cost hearing clinic: June 18, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, offered by Hear Well Be Well at the Caledon Specialist Clinic. Please call 905-857-4327 to book your appointment.

Hearing clinic services include: basic hearing test, earwax checks, hearing aid cleanings and minor hearing aid repairs.

Our hearts are full! We are so proud to celebrate incredible CCS volunteers recognized with Volunteer MBC Volunteer Service Awards.

Congratulations to the Caledon Coyotes, recipients of the Youth - Lead by Example Award. These inspiring young female athletes have spent years giving back through food drives, volunteering at our Exchange Food Bank and supporting community events. Thank you to all the Coyote players, coaches, families and friends for being a part of this shared journey!

Congratulations to Bolton Rotary Soul Soup, recipients of the Continuum of Care Award. Thank you for sharing kindness one bowl at a time! Your impact goes far beyond the bowls of soup served.

We're also thrilled to celebrate Sarah, Joel and Anthony (CCS Family Voluntree Award nominees) and Janice (CCS Helping Hands nominee). Your dedication truly shines alongside so many remarkable volunteers.
