Last night, we were proud to host our Reach for Success Awards Night at The Grand. A special thank you to our presenting sponsor, TD, for helping make this celebration possible.
It was an incredible evening recognizing the achievements of local children and youth, from our youngest award recipients to the students receiving bursaries and scholarships as they pursue their post-secondary education. We were inspired by their hard work, determination, resilience, and the bright futures ahead of them.
Events like this remind us of the power of investing in young people. When children and youth are given the opportunity to dream big, amazing things can happen.

Congratulations to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation on another successful year of supporting the health and well-being of our community.
The Children’s Foundation was honoured to be recognized as a recipient of a 2026 Kay Stafford Fund Grant. This funding will support Strive to Thrive, helping children and youth connected to Highland Shores Children’s Aid access mental health and wellness supports as they work to heal from trauma and build brighter futures.
Thank you to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Kay Stafford Fund for investing in the mental health and well-being of vulnerable children and youth in our community. We are truly grateful for your support.

Celebrating community impact today in Prince Edward County! We were honoured to join other local organizations as County of Prince Edward Mayor Steve Ferguson and Dominique Jones from The County Foundation presented this year’s Municipal Community Grants.
Thanks to this funding, more local children will have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities through Playing for Keeps and attend summer camp through Camps of Hope.

155 Golfers. Sunshine. Community Spirit. More than $70,000 raised for local kids. ☀️⛳

The 2026 Play a Round for the Kids Golf Tournament was a sold out success as 155 golfers hit the fairways at Black Bear Ridge Golf & Resort in support of The Children’s Foundation.

Thanks to our incredible golfers, sponsors, volunteers, prize donors, and community supporters, more children and youth across Hastings, Northumberland, and Prince Edward Counties will have the opportunity to explore, learn, play, and thrive through our Playing for Keeps program.
