This class is accessible for ANY body. Dani meets you where you are, offering accommodations for every pose. In class, everyone practices to their own ability, and each person has seen increased flexibility, strength, and improved balance simply by showing up for themselves on a weekly basis.

It’s time to put you first. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Chair Yoga | 12:30–1:30 pm
