Our Affliated Regiment

202 Fort Malden Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps is proudly affliated with The Windsor Regiment.

The Windsor Regiment provides our corps with personnel, facilities, Canadian Armed Forces Familiarization training, and much more, that strengthen the opportunities for our local army cadet program.

Being affiliated with The Windsor Regiment allows our cadets to proudly don the Black beret, with WR cap badge, and other regiment specific uniform accoutrements. Our corps has truly benefitted from our historical affiliation.

202 Fort Malden RCACC - Marksmanship Training

Upon beginning the new training year, your Amherstburg Army Cadets will be kicking off their Marksmanship training program too!

The Canadian Cadet Organization’s Air Rifle is the Daisy / Avanti 853C .177 Caliber Target Air Rifle. This Daisy model was created specifically for the Canadian Cadet Organization.

Cadets may earn qualification badges along the way during their marksmanship training throughout the year.

202 ARMY CADET SUMMER TRAINING SUCCESS!

This summer, Master Corporal L Charrette attended and successfully completed the Expedition Team Member summer training course at Blackdown Cadets / Cadets de Blackdown training centre!

During the Summer months, Cadets can apply and possibly attend Summer training at one of many centres across Canada! Cadets may attend for 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 even weeks!

The attached video are clips of what a graduation parade looks like. A proud moment for all cadets, parents, families and their home cadet corps.

Congratulations to all graduating cadets, including our own MCpl Charette. Great work everyone!

202 Fort Malden Army Cadet Recognized

On behalf of our beloved corps, cadets, staff and volunteers, we are proud to announce and congratulate Sergeant J Clarke on receiving a fantastic award at Blackdown Cadets / Cadets de Blackdown, Canadian Forces Base Borden / Base des Forces canadiennes Borden.

Sgt Clarke received Cadet of The Week! Undoubtedly, it's for her demonstrated leadership qualities, such as; professionalism, hardwork, initiative and willingness to assist others. Sgt Clarke routinely demonstrates this skillset and more at our Local Headquarters. We'll get the full story soon!
