Respect starts with giving older adults a real say in what affects them.

Ask before making decisions for them and pay attention to what they're telling you.

Honouring personal choices helps protect and strengthen trust, while also reducing the risk of harm.

LCSS Engaging Women Group on Fridays!

Engaging Women is a welcoming social group designed for immigrant women to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community. Itโ€™s a safe and inclusive space where you can make new friends, access local resources, and learn practical skillsโ€”like cooking tasty dishes from different cultures.

Together, we explore valuable topics such as self-care, stress and time management, multicultural recipes, and understanding Canadian workplace culture. You'll also gain confidence in communication, develop a sense of belonging, and work toward your personal goals.

Come be part of a vibrant community where your voice matters and your journey is supported!

When: Every Friday at 10 am - 11.30 am
Location: 5339 207 street, Langley
