Langley LAT The Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use Collaborative is a Local Action Team. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health.

The Langley Local Action Team is a Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Use (CYMHSU) Collaborative. Our purpose is to support children, youth, and their families seeking and receiving timely access to local mental health and substance use resources.
