Airdrie Stars U13AA first base coach Braylee Schell is being recognized as one of the Top 5 Elite Athletes in Airdrie!

We are incredibly proud of Braylee and all of her hard work, dedication and accomplishments both on and off the field. Her passion for the game and leadership with our U13AA team makes her truly deserving of this recognition.

Sending a huge congratulations from the entire Airdrie Stars family — what an amazing achievement!

Five Airdrie athletes are getting their moment on the wall. 🏅

The City of Airdrie will recognize this year’s Elite Athlete honourees during a ceremony at Genesis Place later this month.

The 2025 honourees are Nico Diaz in BMX, Ronin Xavier Thompson in box lacrosse, Colton Jackson-McConnell in football, Braylee Schell in baseball and Sophia Howell in triathlon.

Each will be featured on the Elite Athlete Wall at Genesis Place, recognizing their achievements on national and international stages. 👏

Join us for the 1st Annual Stars Summer Tournament in support of the Airdrie & Irricana Food Banks! This low-frills tournament is all about great baseball, strong competition, and supporting the communities that support our teams.

Tournament Details:
• U13AA: May15–17 (2 spots remaining!)
• U15AA: June5-7 (FULL)
• U18AA: June19-21 (FULL)
⚾️ 4 guaranteed games for every team
🏕️ Hosted in Irricana, with on-site camping available
🥫 Teams are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations
💲 Registration: $425 + a box of balls (to help cover field & umpire costs)

This past weekend, some of our Airdrie Stars players were proud to be part of the fun at the annual Easter Egg Hunt & Dance hosted by the Town of Irricana 🐰⚾

Thank you to the Town of Irricana for putting on such a fantastic community event, and for being home to two of our diamonds for the upcoming season. We’re excited to spend more time in your community this spring!

We’re looking for U15 and U18 players to join our teams this season!

• U15: Birth years 2011–2012
• U18: Birth years 2008–2010

We are hopeful to be fielding two teams in each division this year! This means more opportunities to play, develop skills, and be part of a great team environment.

Spots are currently available for four U15 players and two U18 players. Space is limited.
