This Tuesday, 27th October, we're welcoming our dietitian patients for an evening of healthy cooking, with a focus on creating delicious, balanced meals that are easy to recreate at home.

On the menu this month are hearty harvest bowls and homemade pumpkin soup! This particular class is exclusively for clients who have been referred to the Bermuda Diabetes Association by their GP and have seen one of our dietitians, whether they're currently attending appointments or have visited us in the past.

Tuesday, 27th October | 5:30pm–7:00pm | 22 Princess Street.

There's no co-pay for this session, and we'd love to see our eligible clients getting involved!
