Smokinya Foundation contributes in creating a world that works for everyone. In our core we act out of love, care and cooperation. As an organisation Smokinya serves as a learning platform for individuals who are ready to commit to their own learning and development needs. We create opportunities and provide space for people to learn, contribute and grow by participation, volunteering and project

leadership. Our approach is heuristic – a method for empowering a person to discover or learn something for themselves. Smokinya provides an alternative context of learning – experiential, ‘hands-on’ or learning by doing. Smokinya Foundation realizes its vision and values through youth work. Youth work for us is providing contexts and field for exploration and discovery of the inner spirit of youth that individuals, groups and organization posses. From this point many outcomes are possible on different levels and in different areas. Our next milestone is creating youth-run training and volunteering centre: а place to learn, contribute and grow.

Elisabethheim Havetoft се занимава с приемането, обслужването и подкрепата на деца и тийнейджъри, които се нуждаят от помощ в образованието. В Elisabethheim има дневни групи, групи за съвместно живеене, групи за земеделие и терапевтични групи. Децата и тийнейджърите, идващи от трудни семейни условия или с история на противообществено поведение, бездомни или бежанци, получават дом. Като доброволец имаш много възможности да проявиш инициатива и да стартираш свои собствени проекти!

The Elisabethheim Havetoft is dedicated to the admission, attendance and the support of children and teenagers who need help in education. At Elisabethheim, there are daily groups, living groups, farming and therapy groups. Children and teenagers coming from diffcult family backgrounds or a history of delinquental behaviour, homelessness or a refugee background are given a home. As a volunteer, you have plenty of opportunities to take initiative and start your own projects!

За лятото отново търсим млади хора, които да се присъединят към нашите лагери в Германия в периода юни–октомври 2026 г.🌞🛠
Строителният лагер е двуседмичен обмен на доброволен труд в избран проект. Група от 8-12 души от европейски страни работи заедно на строителна площадка. Поне един обучен експерт наблюдава доброволците по време на 40-те работни часа седмично.

For summer we are looking again for young people to join our camps in Germany between June and October 2026🌞🛠
A construction camp is a two-week long voluntary work exchange in a chosen project. A group of 8-12 people from European countries works together on a construction site. At least one trained expert supervises the volunteers during the 40 working hours per week.

Основните му цели са: Мобилност за всички, Развитие на селските райони, Устойчивост и Благоденствие; които се вписват перфектно в текущата работа на фондация „Смокиня“ в Мраченик от 2023 г. насам!
Този лагер в частност ще се фокусира върху подобряване на състоянието на Учебния център и селото (пейки и обрасла трева), укрепване на връзката с местните жители чрез оказване на помощ и живот в общност (готвене за групата).

This camp is part of something bigger: Vitality! A project coordinated by our Italian partners Vagamondo. The key objectives of it are: Mobility for Everyone, Rural Development, Sustainability and Well-being; which fit perfectly the ongoing work of Smokinya foundation in Mrachenik since 2023!
This camp in particular will be focused on improving the Training Center and the Village general condition (benches and overgrown grass), strengthening connection with locals by helping them and community living (cooking for the group).
