EduArt is newly formed organisation with main aim to provide non-formal opportunities to young people

The main goal of the EduArt - Center for Education and Development of Young People is to help children, young people, youth workers, educators and anyone who is interested in acquiring various knowledge, skills and competencies through non-formal educational methods in the field of ecology, art, sports, human rights, career guidance, mental health and well-being, exchange of cultures and cultural heritage, gender equality, inclusion of marginalized groups, entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship and other various topics of interest to the target group. The goal is to create opportunities and conditions for growth and development at the local, national and international level, for children and youth from different social, economic and cultural backgrounds. EduArt aims to promote activities and workshops for self-development and for developing and improving skills among children and youth, informative and educational workshops through informal methods, trainings, seminars, courses and workshops for the development of youth workers and educators, to organize informative and educational events and similar cultural events. At the same time, to contribute to building networks and partnerships needed to promote the goals and idea of this organization at the local, national and international level. The ultimate goal is to inspire the community in which we operate and help build youth capacities that will actively contribute to the improvement of society and solving social problems and its support.

✨ Youth Exchange: We All Fail, We Just Don’t Talk About It!

Do you ever worry about making mistakes, being judged or not knowing what to do next? Join young people from 6 countries to talk about these pressures and explore how mistakes can help us learn. Through creative activities, group challenges and daily reflection, we’ll build confidence to try, learn and keep moving forward. ✨

🔑 What is it about?
The exchange explores fear of failure, pressure to succeed and comparison with others, and how these can affect young people’s confidence and participation. You’ll take part in creative activities and prepare ideas and materials to share with other young people at home. No one will be asked to share personal experiences.

👥 Who can apply?
Young people aged 18–24
Interested in the topic and ready to meet young people from other countries
Willing to listen and take part in creative activities and group discussions at a level that feels comfortable
You don’t need perfect English or previous Erasmus+ experience
Each organisation will send 4 participants and 1 group leader. Two participants in each group will be young people with fewer opportunities.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

INK2IMPACT – One Project, Two PDAs in Lithuania and Cyprus

EduArt invites youth workers, students, teachers and educators from Macedonia to discover INK2IMPACT, an Erasmus+ professional development journey connecting TWO PDAs with the same participants:

❄️ PDA 1 | Lithuania: 3–10 January 2027
☀️ PDA 2 | Cyprus: 24 April–1 May 2027
❄️January–April 2027 – work between the two PDAs
☀️Follow-up, dissemination and promotion of the created books

From storytelling for social change to the creation of children’s books with meaningful messages, participants will experience one continuous learning journey across two countries. 🌍📖

The first PDA will concentrate on storytelling as a non-formal education method. Youth workers will explore social issues, narrative thinking, character development, empathy, inclusion and representation and will begin developing stories that speak to children about real issues in an accessible and meaningful way.

The second PDA will take the process further: from the story to the actual book.
Youth workers will work with visual storytelling, illustration concepts, editing, text-image integration, layout, accessibility and publishing. The aim is to transform the ideas and stories developed through the project into meaningful children's books.
The project therefore moves progressively from social issue exploration → storytelling → creative development → visual production → children's books. This progression is part of the project's original learning design.

👉 Participants: 18–30 years old
👉 Group leader: 25–35 years old, with experience in leading young people during international mobilities
Profile: Young people interested in board games, game design, creativity, storytelling, drawing and crafting, critical thinking, teamwork, cultural exchange, problem-solving and practical learning activities.

From 10–19 July, our participants took part in the Erasmus+ Training Course "Entrepreneurial Learning" in Bansko, Bulgaria, together with young people from Lithuania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Cyprus, Czechia, and Italy.

The programme was based on non-formal learning and included workshops, group work, presentations, discussions, and interactive activities. During the week, participants learned about entrepreneurship from different angles, focusing on creativity, initiative, teamwork, communication, and how to turn ideas into real actions.

One of the most interesting parts of the training was working in international teams to prepare and facilitate their own workshops. Instead of only joining activities, participants also had the chance to become facilitators, plan learning sessions, and lead activities using non-formal education methods while receiving feedback from the group.

Every day ended with reflection sessions, where everyone shared their experiences, challenges, and what they had learned. These moments gave participants the chance to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and think about how they can use these skills in their future work and everyday life.

The programme also included a visit to Pirin National Park, where outdoor activities showed that learning doesn't only happen in the training room. Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving were just as important there as during the workshops.

The training course was a great opportunity to learn, meet new people, exchange ideas and cultures, and return home with new skills, fresh motivation, and friendships across Europe. 💙🌍

🤖 What is the project about?
A Youth Exchange focused on AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, digital skills, problem-solving and the future of work. Learn new skills, meet young people from different European countries and explore how to prepare for the changing labour market!

🌱 Who can apply?
Young people who are motivated, open-minded, have a minimum level of English and are interested in developing future-oriented skills through non-formal education.
💚 Priority will be given to young people facing fewer opportunities, especially those facing economic challenges or who are NEETs.

🎙️ Meet people from across Europe, gain practical podcasting skills, and create stories that can inspire positive change in your community.

Representatives of EduArt, together with students from SOU "Kocho Racin" – Sveti Nikole, participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange *EcoMove*, held in Mogoșești-Siret, Romania.

Two weeks before the exchange, our team took part in the Advance Planning Visit (APV), where group leaders worked together on the programme, logistics, and preparation of the activities.

During the exchange, participants explored the beautiful nature of the Eastern Carpathians, including a hike to Kozla Peak, and took part in a variety of activities focused on inclusion and environmental awareness.

One of the most meaningful parts of the programme was a series of games and simulations designed around the experiences of people with visual impairments. Through these activities, participants learned more about accessibility, developed empathy, strengthened teamwork, and created new friendships.

On the way to the project, the group also had the opportunity to visit Bucharest and the National Military Museum, discovering different periods of Romanian history and culture.

A great experience filled with learning, challenges, nature, and unforgettable memories. 🌿🤝

📍 Day 2 of Inclusive Communities = Inclusive Public Spaces project funded by International Visegrad Fund

The second day of our meeting in Skopje included a public event at Netaville, where we were joined by local participants interested in the topic of public spaces and community development.

Together with our guests and experts, we discussed what makes public spaces accessible, welcoming, and useful for different groups of people. Participants also shared experiences and examples from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Czech Republic, and North Macedonia, making the discussion truly international.

What comes to your mind when you hear the term *public space*? A park, a square, a street, or perhaps a place where people come together and feel welcome? Public spaces are all around us, but we do not always stop to think about how inclusive and accessible they really are.

From 18–21 May, participants from North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, and the Czech Republic gathered in Skopje for the study visit *Inclusive Communities = Inclusive Public Spaces*. Through discussions, networking activities, and exchanges of experiences, participants explored the role that public spaces play in creating inclusive communities and how urban environments can better respond to the needs of different groups.

During the visit, participants explored different parts of Skopje, including Kale Fortress, the Old Bazaar, residential neighbourhoods, and the Goce Delčev student dormitory, while reflecting on how public spaces are designed, used, and experienced by citizens.

The project is funded by the International Visegrad Fund and hosted by EduArt - Association for education and development of young people
