‘সংকল্প’ এর লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যঃ
১. সামাজিক সমস্যা সমাধানে কর্মসুচি পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে নতুন নেতৃত্ব সৃষ্টি
২. দেশের সামাজিক সমস্যাবলী শনাক্ত করণ ও সমাধানের জন্য কর্মীদের উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
৩. দেশের বৃহত্তর স্বার্থে বিভিন্ন সামাজিক আন্দোলনের সূচনা করা এবং সংগঠনের আদর্শের সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ন যে কোন আন্দলনে সমর্থন দেয়া।
৪. বাংলাদেশের পরিবেশ ও জনগনের জীবন যাত্রার মান উন্নয়নের জন্য কাজ করা।
৫. সামাজিক অসঙ্গতি ও

অসামাঞ্জস্যতা দূরীকরনে প্রান্তিক পর্যায় থেকে সর্বস্তরে বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচী বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি ও সমাধানে ভূমিকা রাখা।
