MAGGIE taking the stage at GARMA 👏

Maggie is an emerging Yolŋu singer-songwriter from Galiwin’ku in North-East Arnhem Land, blending pop, R&B, folk and contemporary singer-songwriter influences with heartfelt storytelling.

Her music explores themes of love, resilience, identity and hope, drawing inspiration from both her Yolŋu heritage and personal experiences.

Since launching her career in 2026, Maggie has quickly established herself as an exciting new artist, making her live debut at Yarrapay Festival, and preparing to release her debut EP.

Supported by Break’n Barrierz, Maggie is passionate about inspiring young people and sharing stories that connect communities through music.

YOLŊU MALA ✨

Created for the 10th anniversary of Yarrapay Festival and in celebration of 50 years since the Aboriginal Land Rights Act, this project is a tribute to the strength, culture and spirit of Yolŋu people.

A huge thank you to Rirratjingu Aboriginal Corporation, Yirrmal for his incredible contribution to the track, and the entire Yirrkala community for bringing this music video to life.

We’re proud to celebrate culture through music, dance and storytelling alongside the next generation.
