After a great couple of years, this Thursday, 11 June will be Tash and Rob’s last evening running Sunset Drinks.

We would like to thank them both for everything they have contributed and wish them all the very best with their next adventure.

Sunset Drinks will be paused for a short time while we make some changes behind the scenes, but stay tuned. We look forward to sharing some exciting updates with you soon.

Today, we pause to remember and honour the Australians and New Zealanders who have served our country.

We thank them, past and present, and acknowledge the families who stand beside them.

Today we folded up the red and yellow flags and officially closed out another patrol season at Cape Paterson.

While patrols may have finished, the risks at the beach do not disappear. During the cooler months, help is further away if something goes wrong, so it is more important than ever to take personal responsibility, stay aware of conditions and make safe choices around the water.

Please continue to respect the ocean, stay informed and look out for one another.

Stay safe over the off-season, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the beach in November.

Wow, what a fun-filled and busy weekend at CPSLSC.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it all possible. From kiosk duty, gathering and wrapping prizes for trivia night, running the merchandise stand, working behind the bar, hiding Easter eggs, standing guard while the kids enjoyed the fun, through to patrolling and helping keep our beach safe, we are so grateful for every contribution.

A big thank you to Erin and Michael Nunan for hosting such an entertaining trivia night, full of laughs and fun questions!

A special thank you also to all the local businesses and supporters who so generously donated prizes for our silent auction. We truly appreciate your kindness, your support and the relationships we share with our community.

Across the weekend, we raised around $10,000. These funds will go towards lifesaving equipment and supporting our volunteers as they continue keeping our beach safe.

We were also proud to donate $500 to in support of the Good Friday Appeal.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time, donated, supported and showed up. Community is what makes our club so special.

Happy Easter from Cape Paterson Surf Life Saving Club. 🐰

Pop into the kiosk and grab yourself a cuppa and a sweet treat, then swing by the merchandise stand to stock up and keep cosy this winter!

The Merchandise stand is open today and tomorrow until midday.

And don’t forget, the Easter Bunny is coming tomorrow (Sunday).
Easter egg hunt starts at 10.30am.
