We enrich the lives and minds of children and families in their communities. Big Fat Smile is a not-for-profit organisation that plays an important part in the lives of thousands of children and families. With a network of 26 Community Preschools, 15 Fun Clubs (out of school hours care), and a portfolio of community and inclusion programs across Australia. We focus on delivering the best possible

staffing ratios, highly qualified teachers and centre staff, play environments that nurture children and facilitate their creative expression, and world-class early education and care. We know you value the ‘BIG’ little extras like meals in long day care, nappies, sunscreen, not paying for public holidays and creative programs.

At Wollongong City Community Preschool, our children visited Wollongong Library to celebrate the International Day of Play—discovering stories, imagination and creativity in a space designed for curiosity.⁠

Through storytelling, exploration and shared experiences, the library became a place where play came to life—supporting language, connection and a love of learning.⁠
⁠
Because even in quiet spaces, play speaks volumes. 💛
