Calling our Frame Running families and friends!

Leon from Dejay Medical has invited our community to join the BBBRUN 500m Frame Run at Wentworth Point.

📅 Sunday 25 October 2026 ⏰ Frame Run starts at 8.40am 📍 Wentworth Point, NSW 🎟️ FREE entry for the 500m Frame Run

Parents and carers can assist little ones on the course, and every participating athlete receives a medal! Leon has also advised that Frame Run registration includes the option to join the 2.5km Family Fun Run.

Leon and Lena will be there too 😊

What a special way to finish Term 3! We held a little farewell party for Liam FitzGerald, our awesome volunteer who has been with us from the beginning. He will be greatly missed by everyone at FRW!

A huge thank you to Tracey Pascoe for bringing along two beautiful for the kids to meet, they absolutely loved it!

We’ll be back for Term 4 for more Frame Running fun on Monday 19 October. See you then! 👩‍🦽🩵🚴🏻‍♂️

Frame Running Wollongong’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday October 12 @ 6:00pm. The meeting will take place in the Artisan Events Space @ Wests Illawarra and is open to all fully paid members.

Membership fees are tax deductible: the initial fee is $15 with an annual fee of $10, payable on the day or by clicking here https://www.framerunningwollongong.org.au/membership-form/ . Please email our Secretary, [email protected] if you would like to RSVP or let us know if you would like to include any items under General Business by 5th October 2026.

We got (most of!) our races in before the rain came down! 🌧️😂

A little rain wasn’t going to dampen the fun though, the kids had a great time out on the track at today.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped out and made the afternoon run so smoothly.

And a special shout-out to Leon and Ryan from Dejay Medical for coming along and lending us a helping hand, we really appreciate the support!

We’re back at Beaton Park again next Monday too!
