For some, Mother’s Day is filled with cuddles, laughter, and tiny voices.
For others, it is filled with memories, aching arms, and love that has nowhere to go.
At The Vilomah Community, we honour every version of motherhood — especially the mothers missing their babies today.
“A mother is not defined by the number of children you can see, but by the love she holds in her heart.”
Today, and every day, we remember the babies who should be here, and we honour the mothers who carry them always.
On Friday night, we had the privilege of spending time with some of our local Vilomah mums. It was a beautiful evening of connection — friends catching up, new friendships forming, and a room filled with understanding, support, and love. Nights like these are a reminder that no one should walk this journey alone.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Madeleine Lane Store for their kindness and support with our Mother’s Day gifts. Through our current 12-month program, we sent out 42 special gifts to bereaved mums in our community. Your generosity and care mean so much to the families we support. 🤍
