For the sixth year, Flagstaff CEO Rodney Von Clark will brave the cold with fellow Illawarra business leaders as part of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout πŸ’™

The team is helping raise awareness and vital funds for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in our community. So far, Rod has raised an incredible $8,211 towards his goal of $20,000, but there's still more work to be done.

Every donation, big or small, helps provide emergency accommodation, food and support services to those in need in our local community.

Our Digital Skills Activation Hub starts this July, and we'd love to see you there!

Over 10 weeks, you'll learn how to:
βœ… Create content
βœ… Design in Canva
βœ… Build workplace skills
βœ… Gain hands-on experience through our Power Up project.

The program runs two days per week, with one day focused on learning and the second day dedicated to putting your new skills into practice.

Whether you're interested in social media, administration, marketing or simply building your confidence with technology, this program is designed to help you take the next step.

This program was created in partnership with Kiama & Shoalhaven Community Colleges. Supports are funded through your NDIS plan.

Did someone say coffee? β˜•

Over the past three terms, 20 participants have learned the skills needed to work in cafΓ©s and clubs through Flagstaff's Activation Hub.

From grinding coffee beans and extracting espresso to texturing milk and mastering cafΓ© favourites like flat whites, cappuccinos and mochas, our participants have been building real hospitality skills in a real cafΓ© environment.

Our current cohort is now halfway through their course and doing an amazing job as they continue learning and growing their confidence.

A big thank you to Kiama & Shoalhaven Community Colleges and Community Gateway for helping create opportunities and pathways to employment.

Brian has been a valued part of our Print, Mail and Digital team since 2001, sharing his knowledge, supporting others and bringing years of skill and experience to the workplace. Recently, Brian has become an expert at our newest and trickiest machine, the intelligent mailing imConnect inserter.

In Brian's spare time, he loves spending time with his family, enjoys gardening and is a passionate supporter of the Illawarra Convoy having raised over $7,000 by collecting empty cans and bottles.
