77 years of McConnell Bus Operations.
From the dusty backroads of Koyuga to generations of local kids climbing aboard those iconic green buses, we share an in-depth look at the McConnell family’s extraordinary contribution to our district. It’s a rich, heartfelt piece that traces the journey from John McConnell’s first runs in the late 1940s through to Garry “Spanner” McConnell’s final school route — a beautiful tribute to a family whose wheels quite literally kept Tongala moving. 🚍💚
