I’m going to have another morning tea at the museum for about two weeks, need to know what day is best for everyone then I’ll post exact day/time. Some ideas you’ve come up with are car boot swap and sell, movie night, bingo, bbq, and our craft ladies want to start organising Christmas carols at the museum so I’ll be in touch with our local organisations asap. This is for whole community, the events for our teens is still being planned and organised in the background. Thank you everyone ❤️🥰

We were honoured to have First Nations Economic have their workshop during the week. Some wonderful advice was given for woman who want to start a business, have started a new business or even just have the idea of a new business 🖤💛❤️

I’m also trying to update the notice and information board at Minjungbal Aboriginal Museum, if you’d like to have something put on the board, you can email [email protected] and I’ll be coming to grab pamphlets and info sheets to display so people can see what organisations we have in the area and what they offer 👍🏾

We had a fairly good turn out yesterday for the first 2026 community morning tea. Got some fantastic ideas for more gatherings. I will be in touch through the email addresses you left to keep the gatherings going. Thank you to Tweed Aboriginal Co-op’s Board of Directors and staff 🖤💛❤️
