Important Update: Temporary Hub Access Changes
Dear Veterans and Family Members,
We wanted to let you know that from Monday, 9 March, our Hub space will be temporarily unavailable for onsite visits. This is due to the building’s elevator being replaced as part of the final stage of construction works.
Although the Hub itself won’t be accessible for a short period, our team is still operating as normal. We will continue providing in‑person appointments, just from an alternative space. All phone and online services will also continue without interruption.
Our Wednesday Walking Group will continue every week as usual, with the same meeting point and time.
At this stage, we’re unsure how long this access change will last, but we will keep you updated every step of the way. The great news is that this is the very last part of the construction process, and once it’s complete, we’ll be back in our fully upgraded Hub - ready to welcome you all in a refreshed and fully accessible space.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this final stage. We’re looking forward to being back up and running at full capacity very soon.
