This Sunday we kicked off a brand new series through the Book of John 📖

“Jesus according to His ‘alleged’ best friend.”

John wasn’t just writing stories he’d heard second-hand — he was an eyewitness to the life, teachings, miracles, death and resurrection of Jesus. He walked with Him, learned from Him, and even referred to himself as “the disciple whom Jesus loved.” 😉

Over the coming weeks, we’ll explore John’s account of who Jesus is and why it still matters today.

If you’ve ever been curious about Jesus, come and hear what His “alleged” best friend has to say… then decide for yourself.

Final week of the series Christian-ish asked the question "Where do Christians get it wrong?"
👉We focus on producing fruit, instead of staying connected to the source. 💥💥

Jesus says “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. " John 15:5 🍇🌿🍇🌿

Jesus' invitation to us is 'abide in me', and like fruit growing on a vine slowly… deeply… genuinely… the Spirit of God begins to produce in us what we could never manufacture on our own, bringing transformation and new life.
💚Peace where there used to be anxiety
💚Patience where there used to be frustration
💚Kindness where there used to be harshness

So, the challenge is not to just 'try harder' but to ask, "What needs to change in my life so I can stay more connected to Jesus?"🍇🌿Amen! 🙌
