Today on Youth Homelessness Matters Day we celebrate the work of our Steps Outreach Service.
Last year members of Steps’ Lived Experience Advisory Group produced this podcast. It contains huge wisdom about what helps in preventing and helping move on from homelessness.
We are very grateful to our Advisory Group members for their willingness to share their stories for the sake of others, and also for continuing to show up each week with practical support and care for young people to bring about an end to homelessness.

We love our volunteers at Hand Brake Turn and they all bring something unique to our program.
That includes the canine ones and here is Eduardo 🐶 who is very friendly and cuddly and so brilliant at helping everyone feel calm and welcome.

Eddie is pictured with Charlie and Emmanuel - our social /community work students who are also brilliant 😎:
