🇦🇺 PROUDLY REPRESENTING AUSTRALIA: SIENNA & INDII FINISH WORLD STAGE CAMPAIGN! 💚💛

The Shellharbour community could not be prouder of our local junior acrobats Sienna and Indii, who have officially wrapped up their competition wearing the green and gold at the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions in Pesaro, Italy! 🇮🇹✨

Competing in a massive, fiercely competitive international field of 42 elite pairs from around the globe, Sienna and Indii showed tremendous composure, grace, and athletic skill across both routines, locking in world-class final standings:

🤸‍♀️ Balance Routine: 30th in the world

🤸‍♀️ Dynamic Routine: 36th in the world

🌟 Overall All-Around: 32nd in the world (out of 42 pairs)

To put this in perspective: from putting in 20+ hours of relentless training every week inside "The Cowshed" at Albion Park Showground to taking the arena floor under international lights in Italy, standing among the world’s top 32 in a field of 42 national representatives is an extraordinary achievement. They have represented our region, their club, and our country at the highest standard.

When disaster strikes, Lions are there.

Catastrophic flash flooding and a suspected glacier collapse along the Nepal–China border have devastated local communities, claiming hundreds of lives with thousands still unaccounted for.

In response to this unfolding emergency, the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) has immediately mobilised a US$200,000 Major Catastrophe Grant. This funding goes directly to local Lions on the ground in Nepal to deliver life-saving essentials—clean water, food, dry shelter, and medical aid—and to begin the long road to community recovery.

Because Lions live and work within these communities, help arrives without delay. But the need is immense, and every dollar helps rebuild lives.

If you are able to support, please consider making a contribution directly to the LCIF Disaster Relief Fund:
