Would you know what to do if you came across a dislocation?

Dislocations can be painful and serious, knowing the right first aid steps matters.

If you suspect a dislocation:
✔️ Keep the joint still
✔️ Support it in the position found
✔️ Apply ice wrapped in a cloth
✔️ Check circulation
✔️ Seek medical help

🚫 Never try to force the joint back into place yourself.

Quick action and proper first aid can help reduce pain, prevent further injury and support recovery. ❤️

In an emergency, every second counts. Knowing these simple CPR steps could help you protect someone you love before help arrives. ❤️

✔️ Check for danger
✔️ Check response
✔️ Send for help
✔️ Start CPR
✔️ Use an AED if available

Remember: doing something is always better than doing nothing. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to act.
