📣 Session Cancellation & Make-Up Session

Hi everyone! 💛

Unfortunately, this Friday 28/08 session of Serpentine Playgroup will be cancelled.

But don’t worry — we’ll be making up the session on Wednesday 02/09! 🎉

✈️ We were flying high at Serpentine Playgroup this week! 💙

It was wonderful to welcome some fabulous new little friends and their amazing parents and carers into our playgroup family. There’s nothing better than seeing new connections being made and little faces light up with excitement.

Our transportation theme continued as our little engineers got creative, designing and building their very own aeroplanes. There were plenty of smiles, imagination, and proud moments as everyone’s creations took flight!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made another Friday so special. We can’t wait to see what adventures next week brings! 🌈✨

2 of our little people became containers for change stars this week when they helped drop off a load of bottles and cans to our local return centre. They were soo excited to help out and do their bit for the environment and to support their favourite place to go…PLAYGROUP!

Choooo chooo!!!! Yesterday was train day!!! And boy oh boy did we have so much fun making our little train carriages and doing a train walk around the playground! The little people toys seem to be the favorite at the moment too with everyone playing around the mat.
Next Friday is aeroplane week!

DRESSING FOR FUN!

Tomorrow we are having fun making trains and there will be paint and glue involved as well as laughter and a few nervous parents watching all that paint!!!

I thought it was a great opportunity for a timely reminder that we LOVE daggy clothes at playgroup! Especially ones that can get messy right along side our hands when we have fun crafting (but don’t worry we do supply art aprons too 🤭) .

Can’t wait to see you tomorrow all morning!

What a fantastic first day of term 3 we had yesterday!!! Welcome again to all our new faces, it was so lovely to meet you all and a huge welcome back to our amazing regulars.
This term is all about transportation and the kiddies had so much fun decorating their steering wheels.
Next week is going to be trains! I wonder what train craft we will get to do!!!
