The P&C at Roleystone Community College is a very important part of the school. We provide several essential services such as the canteen, uniform shop and a traffic management officer/crossing guard. In addition to this the P&C support the school chaplain and provide additional funding as requested by the school throughout the year as well as holding regular cook up's at the canteen. The P&C is run by a small committee of volunteers with the money to fund all of the above being achieved through a combination of a $40.00 per family voluntary contribution, fundraising, Autumn Festival and profits from the canteen and uniform shop. Discussion is welcomed but will be closely monitored by administrators to ensure that our site remains a positive tool for communicating with parents and community members.

🤩 P&C FATHER’S DAY RAFFLE…. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

🎟️ Father’s Day is coming up, and our P&C is busy putting together some fabulous prizes for our Father’s Day Raffle!

We’re calling on our wonderful school community for prize donations - big or small, we’d be incredibly grateful for anything you may be able to contribute. Gift vouchers, goodies, experiences, products, services… all donations are welcome! 🙌🏽

🗓️ We’d love to have all donations in by Friday 21 August so we can get our raffle prizes ready to go!

📚✨ Can you believe we’re heading into Term 3 already?!

We hope everyone has had a wonderful school holiday break and is feeling refreshed and ready for another busy term! It feels like the year is absolutely flying by!

As we get ready to kick off Term 3, we have a little update to share - Quenda Café and the Uniform Shop have new direct contact numbers! 📞

📣 A little canteen favour… 💙

We’re missing quite a few of our reusable bento boxes! 😢

If one has accidentally made its way into your kitchen cupboard (we know it happens! 🤭), we’d be so grateful if you could send it back to the canteen.

🍱 Also… if you have a child in Years 4–6, we’d really appreciate it if you could consider ordering Lunch 2 instead of Lunch 1 tomorrow (where possible). This helps spread the workload across the day and makes things a little easier for our amazing canteen volunteers.

P&C Snack Stall & Colour Station for our Athletics Carnival THIS Friday 19th June!

Our Athletics Carnival is almost here and we’d love your support to help make our P&C Snack Stall & Colour Station a success!

We are gratefully accepting both homemade and store-bought donations for the snack stall. A few important reminders:
✅ Please ensure all donations are nut free to help keep our students safe.
✅ If donating homemade items, please include a list of ingredients used.
✅ Donations can be dropped off at the Front Office prior to Friday, or brought directly to the oval on Friday.

🫶🏽 We’d also love some extra helping hands! If you’re available to assist at the P&C Snack Stall & Colour Station during the carnival, please let us know.

And don’t forget to send the kids along with some spending money on the day so they can grab a treat, stock up on merchandise or visit the colour station! 🙌🏽

☕️ Need a coffee? We’ve got you covered!

The coffee van will be parked behind the canteen tomorrow morning from 8:00am before assembly.

A quick reminder that hot drinks are welcome in the gymnasium during assemblies, but please leave food outside. If you accidentally spill your coffee, we’d really appreciate you giving it a quick wipe up.

What a Colourful Success! 🎉🌈

A huge thank you to our amazing students, families and school community for making this year's Colour Fun Run such a fantastic event!

Not only was it a day full of laughter, colour and fun, but together we also raised an incredible $11,729 for our school. 🙌

Congratulations to all of our prize winners, with prizes now having been distributed last week. Thank you to everyone who fundraised, shared their fundraising pages and supported the event. Every contribution, big or small, helped make a difference.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Tanks for Hire for generously donating the water trailer for the event. Your support helped keep our runners cool, clean(ish!) and having fun throughout the day! 💦
